With over two decades of experience in land development behind her, from working with environmental consultants to owning a design-build firm, Janice has extensive knowledge from the ground up. She transitioned into residential and commercial real estate where she brings a passion and enthusiasm for helping people in the buying and selling process. A resident of Sarasota County for 30 years and real estate licensee since 2003, she brings her specialized knowledge of the Gulf Coast as well as a strong understanding about the market. She believes a successful real estate experience is the result of educating the customer, defining clear goals, constant communication, and follow up.Originally from Canada, Janice relocated to Boston with her family where she spent her formative years. She later moved to the Gulf Coast of Florida and began to develop her career around land development.Beyond real estate, Janice loves the outdoors and living near the water. She enjoys fishing, paddle boarding, photography, and traveling. Janice currently lives on Venice Island and enjoys spending time with her children, Lauren, Alison, Martin, and Jacklyn, and her Boxer named Cooper.
